Throw pots on the wheel and build your own creations with private or semi-private lessons! Create pots, mugs, vases, and so much more. Beginner or advanced lessons are fun for families, friends, date nights, or all by yourself! Have a Date Night session for 2 people and make some "love mugs" or bowls.
Glazing and Firing

After your pottery has dried and bisque fired, it is ready for glazing (painting). You will schedule a time to come back and glaze your pottery together, or Tisha can glaze them for you for a small fee if you're not able to come back.
Firing Process
Once you make your creations, it takes several days to dry out. We then have a massive kiln which fires (bakes) them at high temperatures. The first one is a bisque fire which hardens the clay as it bakes it at 1,945 degrees over a 12 hour period. After that, we glaze (paint) the pottery with specialized glazes that is dipped or painted on. Then we do a glaze firing, baking it rapidly to 2,165 degrees in a 6 hour period which fuses the glaze to the clay body with a beautiful color. All our pottery is dishware safe. This process takes several weeks, as we wait to do kiln firings when we have enough for a full kiln.
